    Fats are high

I am bulking (195# @12%bf) and my daily intake is around 3500-4000 calories. My goal is to eat 1.5g/lbm of p, 0.5g/lbm of f, and the rest are carbs. I am consistently eating 50% to 100% more fats than required by the 0.5g/lbm. Do you think this needs to be adjusted? If it were simple I would, but the things I eat and the amount that I eat, I just find it hard. Keep in mind that alot of the fats are mono and poly, like from olive oil, avacado, etc. but I drink about 1.5gal of milk a week so that contributes alot as well. This is what I have eaten today and it is just past lunch.

As long as your cals are where you want them. ie you are adjusting your carb intake to account for the increased fat intake, you will be fine.
