    Looking for ideas for a diet plan.

    Can you guys help me getting on scheduled diet plan and i workout at 11:00 am monday- thurdays and 10:00am on fridays. Im looking to slim down. I'm 5'7 and 185lbs.

    ok thx i think that i got what want for a goal for calories. Im looking for a 1500 calorie diet/ meal plan.
