I cheated a tad on my diet. Is this bad?

I was in New Orleans all week for a conference. I cheated a little bit on my diet and I was wondering if it was ok for me to consume this stuff. Just some highlights of six days:

    two hamburgers
    several roast beef sandwiches
fried shrimp, fried alligator, fried chicken
three Ben and Jerry's ice cream bars
a bag of Reese's Pieces Bits
    cheesecake
    alligator jerky
    a couple of hot dogs
    buffalo wings
    beer....countless number of beers.

For the record, all of this feasting costs me nothing, courtesy of work.

Guess I need to hit the gym an extra day or two in September.

Fried alligator tastes a lot like chicken, just a bit tougher.

For the record, I had planned this "cheat week." It was first conference for work, and I was going to enjoy it, dammit! I weighed myself this morning, and I only gained a pound. Sometimes it's good to have metabolism that's through the roof.
