going to start a bulk, have a few questions thanks

6'3 190 lbs about 18% bf maybe, skinny fat.
i was thinking of going on a cut first but that would just make me look even more lanky and a lot more weaker.

using a calculator i see to bulk its about 3400 cals per day.
    but then scoobys page says:
    180 lbs (81kg) 450cals x 6 meals = 2700 30g x 6 meals= 180g protein

    idk?

i usually plan on going to the gym at about 2-3pm.

i hear that i should have lots of carbs in the morning or before the workout and minimal after and more protein afterwards?

also should my workout be more heavy weight low rep or the opposite?

should i do a split or full body workout?
2g carbs for every lb bodyweight?

and what are some good sources of carbs, i know theres potato, rice, pasta, but sometimes i just cant cook this stuff, anything thats good thats fast and easy to make?

a simple weblink is fine for me.

    any input is appreciated thanks.

mate, you were smart enough to find this site, why dont you get on the old google and find the info yourself?

the problem is people want to be spoonfed, it's an open invitation for piss-taking and worthless and missleading answers.

Need help with your diet? Don't know where to start?

    Training 101

and btw, bb.com is full of pimple-headed faggots like Corey Worthington . . lol, yes you know exactly who Im talking about

Good Luck with it all, and as they say: Bodies are Built in the Kitchen
