    Inputs Needed.

Hello, I'm new here as you can tell. I am currently a USMC Poolee. I am currently 6'3''+ about 180Lbs. I understand that sounds light ,but I have some unwanted body fat that I am trying to drop before entering boot camp. My diet weighs in around 1500 - 1800 Calories ,and looks something like this.
Meal 1. 5 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, 3 Turkey Sausage
Meal 2. Whey Shake + Banana
Meal 3. Veggies + Some sort of protein
Meal 4. Whey Shake + Protein Bar (homemade or store bought)
Meal 5. Turkey Breast and Veggies
Meal 6. Maybe something little around 100 Cals.
I take fish oils and multivitamins in the morning. I stopped lifting with free weights since most boot camp exercises are body weight exercises.
Day 1. Biceps Curls (preacher and hammer), Tricep Ext., Over Head Tricep Ext.
Day 2. DB Flys, DB Press, Shoulder Press, Side raises.
    Day 3. Rest
    Day 4. Repeat Day 1
    Day 5. Repeat Day 2
EVERYDAY - Chin ups, Dips, Push ups, Crunches.
I hurt my achilles tendon so I am waiting for full healing before I start back cardio atleast twice a day. 1. Endurance running 2. Sprints 3. Jump Rope 4. Punching bag drills.

I can post pictures of myself to give a better idea of what I am trying to do. I am trying to lose some weight around hip area ( I know you can't target weight loss so I am just losing weight in general ) I probably have 14 - 15% BF. Would like to get down to 10 - 12% within next 3 months. I eat fruits and veggies daily, Just started getting a good chunk of protein, and have the motivation of a mule so anything you suggest will indeed help and probably be enforced. If you wanna use me as a guinea pig then im all for it.

Cals seem ridiculously low. Little to no fat.

and you are basically only working out your arms and chest... what up with that? You realize you have legs and a back?

I figured my running and lunges and mild kickboxing would take care of legs. And I didn't put that I do bent over rows for back and pull ups. I was working out hard core in the gym but since I only have db's to work with it is hard to figure out a good routine. And at boot camp I am not going to be able to do any lifting other then push ups, pull ups and cardio so I try to not focus too much on the other stuff. And I figure my cals were at a good point since I do not want to gain any unwanted fat. Only lean muscle mass if any. I am trying to lose the extra pounds on my sides ,and it is impossible to lose and gain so I choose to lose.

This is a good enough program and I look forward to hearing what you think of it in 6-8 weeks. You should have some real data by then.
