    healthy sodium intake levels?

    I have noticed I put a lot of hot sauce and worchester sauce on my foods..

    Unless you have hypertension issues, you can be pretty liberal with your intake.

    Sorry I didn't finish the first post. I thought like 1500sodium a day was about all needed or else you would retain major water. But I'm not sure just wandering if its something I need to watch out for.

    It's not something worth worrying about day to day. For those that make a living looking a certain way for a few hours, then salt manipulation is something to think about.

    It's also applicable for vanity photos.

    Yeah, I normally always watch sodium intake pretty close, but since I drink over a gallon of water a day, I can exceed 2500mg of Sodium a day without retaining any water. Everyone's body is different though.
