Would saying that you can eat whatever you'd like be sufficient?

You also have the option to skip breakfast and eat more later in the day, if you'd like.

I recommended this once ,and I'm sure loads of others on here eat the same. Whole eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, protein shake, etc. Oats + eggs + banana = winner

12 egg whites-1 bowl of oatmeal- fruit of your choice. If your trying to grow.

But if you only need 2800cals then you can eat pretty much what ever you want.

Hubby eats five eggs scrambled in butter, with cheese.

I eat cottage cheese with tuna and half an avocado.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

Me too - I eat what he does some mornings, but my usual cc/tuna/avocado fills me up more.

Greek omelette. 4-6 eggs, feta cheese, spinach, some crumbled bacon, pinches of black pepper and garlic powder. Maybe a tbsp of sesame seeds.
