this look ok for loosing fat?

    gotta drop fat from 16% to 8-10%. i''m at 5'10, 190lbs
this look ok for an eating plan:

    oatmeal
    whey 2 scoops 50p, 40c, 20f
    udos oil 1 tbsp

    egg whites
    whey 1 scoop 47p, 40c, 5f
    oatmeal

    tuna 1 1/2 cans 45p, 0c, 0f

    chicken
    brown rice 40p, 40c, 10f

    whey 2 scoops 44p, 5c, 2f

    chicken 38p, 0c, 5f

    egg whites
    whey 1 scoop 47p, 2c, 16f
    udos oil 1tbsp

    protein: 311 x4= 1244
    carbs: 127 x4= 508
    fat: 58 x9= 522

    cals: 2274

500mg ala with every meal, e/c 2-3 times a day, 8 litres water daily

what measurement for brown rice and oatmeal would equal out to about 40 grams of carbs?

    oatmeal

    tuna 1 1/2 cans 45p, 0c, 0f

this should have some fat added to prevent gluconeogenis

    chicken
    brown rice 40p, 40c, 10f

Unless this is your post w/o meal, it needs fat

    whey 2 scoops 44p, 5c, 2f

    chicken 38p, 0c, 5f

same for these meals...you need to add fat or your protein is being used for energy

    egg whites
    whey 1 scoop 47p, 2c, 16f
    udos oil 1tbsp

    protein: 311 x4= 1244

    .75 cups dry-measured oats = 45 carbs - 7 g fibre

    1 cup cooked brown rice = 44 carbs - 3 g fibre

IMO...I think you should lower your carbs per srving and add fat where it's needed.

protein being used for energy.. didnt even think of that

ok so how much fat or carbs would be neccessary to give you energy so the protein can be used for muscles? ..for a 2-3 hour time span

do phytonutrients come in pills possibly? i absolutely hate veggies. apple and berries i can add for sure, good idea.

taking 3.5 grams of ala a day, 500mg with each meal.. do i have to have a certain amount of carbs through the day or at each meal for it to work properly. like would it be pointless to take with a meal of protein/fat. i got like 700 caps of the stuff, so i gotta use it up.

    thanks alot DPw8

Your chicken & rice, if that's post w/o and you're going for a spike, it's fine w/ that amt of carbs.

I'd add 10-15 g of fat to the other meals....1 tbsp mayo, 2-3 tsp flax seed oil, 1 tbsp peanut butter, etc.

    Eat your veggies

    Your Welcome!

Actually there are some "green" supplements.....Nature's Plus even has a pill called "Mixed Greens", but there is no substitute for the real thing?
