    classic zone perfect protein bars

    Anyone ever had them?, my mom bought me a big ass double pack of these things and I dunno if I should eat them or trash em .. most of you know Im not bulking or trying to gain any weight what so ever.. I am actually trying to lean out. So heres the link, one of you nutrient gurus check it out and see what I should do with em..

    Kind of a lot of fat and carbs relative to how much protein is in there. A little more sugar than I'd like to see in a bar too. I'd prefer a bar with fewer fat and carbs and a bit more protein so that I can use those fat and carbs on solid food. Anyway, there isn't anything inherently wrong with the bar. It's just another nutrient source. If you can figure out how to incorporate it into your diet, then go for it. It probably won't be as satiating if you compare it to a meal of solid food that contained those same macronutrients, though.
