I am 5'10, 180 lbs and am looking to gain some muscle mass. I am pretty slim and don't put on weight too quickly.
I cannot stomach fruit or raw vegetables so that's why I have left tose items out and will be consuming 8 cups of water a day. Some days I will throw in tuna fish, salmon, peanut butter for lunch... chicken etc for dinner..
From googling and reading up from this site I have put together a plan I think might be ok for me but would like some critique on it. Thanks in advance.
