Question Could someone please critique my meal plan?

    Hello experts,

I am 5'10, 180 lbs and am looking to gain some muscle mass. I am pretty slim and don't put on weight too quickly.

I cannot stomach fruit or raw vegetables so that's why I have left tose items out and will be consuming 8 cups of water a day. Some days I will throw in tuna fish, salmon, peanut butter for lunch... chicken etc for dinner..

From googling and reading up from this site I have put together a plan I think might be ok for me but would like some critique on it. Thanks in advance.

    Meal 1: 6pm
    3 whole eggs
    8 oz juice
    8 oz skim milk
    1 whole wheat bread slice

    Meal 2: 9pm
    8 0z water
2 skoops whey protein (body fortress) mixed with water
    1 omega 3-6-9

    Meal 3: 12 pm
    Sweet potato
    6 inch Turkey Sub
    8 oz Skim milk

Workout at 1pm for an hour

    Meal 4: 2 pm
    8 0z water
2 skoops whey protein (body fortress) mixed with water
    1 omega 3-6-9

    Meal 5: 5 pm
    lean ground beef patty
2 slices of whole wheat bread
    1 cup of brown rice

    Meal 6: 7pm
2 skoops whey protein (body fortress) mixed with water
    1 omega 3-6-9

Looks good, after a week or 2 see what kind of results you have and then change things accordingly.

Thanks for the replies to all... my diet prior to this was none existent. Fast foods mostly and I never noted my total calories. I hope to get around 3500 caleroies for my type of weight from what I read through this forum.
