    Food Synergies

Basically, I can't seem to find out anything about this. I know that foods work in combination with others so you can process and put to use all the goodness.

However, do you need to make sure that each meal has absolutely everything you need so each vitamin is processed properly at that very moment, or does it not matter until you go to sleep, since thats when your body repairs itself?

Since I blow at english, here's an example. Since you need vitamin d to absorb calcium, does it matter whether I get that vitamin d at that particular meal when I have calcium or can you wait until later to take it and it will still do what it's suppose to do?

    Thanks!

Too much complexity. Take a multivitamin and be done with it. Those minute details don't really come into play until you're professionally competing, and maybe not even then.

I think you misread my post.

I'm not offended by any means. I came here to ask a question, got an answer that I was happy with, end of story.

Then please accept my sincere apology.
A lot of people are smart asses when people give them honest answers.
