    New diet input please :)

    • M1- Shreded Wheat with honey and 2% milk, protein drink
    • M2-100g chicken breast, 2 boiled egg, 100g cottagecheese, 1 apple
    • M3-100g chicken breast small salad with coleslaw, 30g cheese, almonds 22 kernals
    • M4-1 can of tuna, 3 slices of wholemeal bread, 32g penut butter
    • M5-steak 120g, 200g sprouts, 100g of spinace, 1 pot of yogurt, 1 apple
    • pre workout 1 hr before proteindrink
    • post workout proteindrink and half bottle of gatoraide
    • M6-150g yogurt, 1 boiled egg, almonds 22 kernals, 32g penut butter

This is my first attempt to get this correct. I am currently 174 pounds and want to get to around 225. I was 186 before I started to cut.

My macros for this diet should be
    300g protein
    100g fat
    25g fiber

    With this diet it is
    325g protein
    139g fat
    198 carbs
    fiber is about 25 anyway

I would love input from everyone please. I am not sure if I have placed my carbs correctly in the day as I have put some in for mid afternoon and dinner time. I always train after work around 5 or 6 pm

    thanks again everyone

    Dave

You're bulking intake puts you at about 1800 calories over maintenance. You'll certainly gain weight on your diet. However, the typical recommendation is to only bulk with 500 calories over your maintenance.

You are welcome to be aggressive with you 1800 calories over maintenance, but you may gain more fat than you'd like. It's up to you though -- if you feel that you aren't partitioning to well, you can always dial the calories down a bit.

Ok then I will readjust to around 2800.

If I remove the pb from the diet as well as the 30g of cheese and cottage chees it puts me at 2769.
How do you feel about the diet in general thanks

too many eggs? or ok not sure there lol

Diet looks fine. 2200 is kinda low maintenance for your weight - you sure it's that low? Hubby's maintenance at your weight was about 2700 calories.

    PS eat some green leafies.

    April 4: 174 lbs
    May 1: 178 lbs

    Cause: increased calories.

We need to show this to every skinny kid who comes on looking for a mass-gainer. Nice work, froria.
