    Insulin manipulation

    With a steady diet and a sound training plan,was never able to obtain the definition i was looking for!Somebody told me to do my studies on insulin manipulation,would somebody be willing to give me a brief class about it!
    Like simple tricks to put keep my insulin level low so i can continue to burn that adipose tissue!

    Many dieting protocols do indeed put some focus on controlling insulin, however it isn't the driving factor in the program.

    In order to be successful in fat loss, you need to be in a caloric deficit --- more calories out than in.

    Caloric deficit makes you lose weight,but what if i want to maintain muscle mass and just lower the bf%

    The most effective way to decrease your body fat percentage (become leaner) is to decrease your mass of body fat. In order to do so, you need be in a deficit. With adequate protein intake and proper training, you'll be able to spare your muscle mass.

    Well your looking for insuling help so Ill give you two tips....

    6-7 small meals
    A Salad before meal always keep my insulin levels low(Nuts as well!)
