I think there are some good people w/ experience w/ Lyle's diets. The one thing I will add is that you don't need to even worry about steriods until you've become VERY SOLID w/ your well-established diet & training program that is producing the results you want. Steroid use = self-medicating w/ hormones - i.e. you're screwing w/ your hormone balance - this is the most fundamental part of what makes up how your body works, including your moods. Very, very important to not look at it as "fat loss supplement". Absolutely no need to go there for you. In fact, even more, don't spend your time looking for the "ultimate diet pill" or any other supplement to do the work that a basic & consistent diet & training program will do. There are no short cuts - just do it & make it your lifestyle. Very simply - your body will respond to optimized fueling & energy demands.
