I have never been a big fan of various beans, but this cook we have out here on the rig must be a bean conniseour. Everyday he has a different type of bean on the line, usually cooked with some sort of meat for flavor.
Anyway, without having specific information about them, even what kind they are (as he makes different ones each day) in general, how are beans calorically? Just roundabout as far as beans = horrible for cutting, or beans = best cutter ever. I am mid-cut, and I dont want to blow my diet over them, but they really help to satiate my hunger.

The thing about beans is that they can have some decent amount of carbs in them. Just account for their macs like anything else. Nothing is horrible for a cut, in moderation.
