It you make milk the main staple of your diet, you can say goodbye to solid poops.

Also, if the main part of your diet is milk, it's not a balanced diet, which is what you should be aiming for.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    Milk diet?
Eat 5-7 small meals a day.
Cut your daily carbohydrates and sugars down.
Why not do two (very fast) 10 minute jogs a day instead. This will help boost your metabolism.

An example of something I might do:

    4:30-Protein Shake
    7:00-4 scrambled eggs
10:00-Peanut Butter on wheat bread sandwich
    12:00-Grilled chicken salad
    2:00-Tuna sandwich
    6:00-Grilled chicken with rice
    8:00-Protein shake/bar

Placez, according to these random post you keep throwin up ima guess your a younger male , over weight, not very active, diet illiterate and just plain out new to the fitness world. (if im wrong, i apologise).. And im also going to say you have traits of laziness since you obviously didnt take the time to research anything before posting these randoms. Please read up on everything. Such as the Pro's beginner guides they have in their signatures. You need to know about the effects and sides of all diets and read and figure which better suits your life style. Partially is never enough. You have to go all out. I personally will help you to my full potential reach the goals you desire. Pm me if your interested and I will give you all the info you need. You have to be willing to go that extra mile tho. NOt do what best suits your lifestyle.

There are much better ways to diet down. Milk, IMO, is good for dieting, but it should not be the only thing you consume. At least add more variety of protein and a lot of veggies if you're going to go very low carb.
