It you make milk the main staple of your diet, you can say goodbye to solid poops.
Also, if the main part of your diet is milk, it's not a balanced diet, which is what you should be aiming for.

Eat 5-7 small meals a day.
Cut your daily carbohydrates and sugars down.
Why not do two (very fast) 10 minute jogs a day instead. This will help boost your metabolism.

(if im wrong, i apologise).. And im also going to say you have traits of laziness since you obviously didnt take the time to research anything before posting these randoms. Please read up on everything. Such as the Pro's beginner guides they have in their signatures. You need to know about the effects and sides of all diets and read and figure which better suits your life style. Partially is never enough. You have to go all out. There are much better ways to diet down. Milk, IMO, is good for dieting, but it should not be the only thing you consume. At least add more variety of protein and a lot of veggies if you're going to go very low carb.
