I'm starting this, combined with a daily intermittent fast today.

My current weight is 174. I'm pretty lean, with visible abs and some separation in my delts/quads. I'd estimate my bf% to be around 12-14%.

My plan is to do this for 12 days, then do a 2 day refeed followed by a few weeks of eating at maintenance.

I figure I'll start out at about 250g protein, allowing for more if I'm hungry. I fast from 12AM to 4PM so all of my cals will be consumed between 4PM and 12AM.

    Here are my questions:

Can I season my meat? I normally rub the chicken I cook in some combination of spices (salt, peppers, cinnamon, etc.), is this OK?

Is it OK for me to drink unsweetened tea? I love tea and I find that the caffeine helps to both control my appetite and keep me alert when I'm not eating.

    Overall, does this sound OK?

I did a PSMG diet a while back. I drank loads of unsweetened tea. I also seasoned my chicken. Not too much though. Want to watch sodium.

Also, remember to take in some green veggies (I ate a head of cabbage / day).
