Throw it in some lettuce w/ a home made vinaigrette. Also about the only way I can choke down tuna these days.
I gotta put the vineger on it or the cat wants it.

Well I tried it with 2 tbsp mayo, and what looked to me like about half a cup of fresh grated cheese. This cheese is a nice tangy kind, a little on the crumbly side but not too dry. Less.... fishy than tuna. Lots of black pepper. Salty though.
I have some great canned pink salmon... 44 g's protein per can, its fantastic. I would need 7 eggs to rival that protein! Or a nice, juicy steak...
Like sassi I love it in a salad type mix; some lettuce, onion, olive oil, mayo, some garlic power, an avocado, and i crush some walnuts on top for good measure. mix it all up, its a fantastic low carb, high protein/good fat meal.
also I just had a serious flashback of the movie Homeward Bound, with the mean cat named Sassy. Great movie... just great.

sounds like vagina
