Can you post up what you currently are eating? The most successful diets are the ones that become part of your lifestyle - and the ones that require only small tweaks to your existing habits & diet vs dramatic changes that you won't continue once the "diet" is over. Also what is your current training or physical activity like?

    Can you post up like:

    Meal 1: 8 am
    -------------
    3 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c oatmeal

    Meal 2 ; 11 am
    -------------
    2 pieces ezekial bread
    5 oz chicken
    1 c salad

    etc.

sammybaj, please read the link in my sig on "getting started" and start there, okay?

When you have a few days' worth of food recorded in fitday, post up your average intake.

(The reason Sassy and I are asking you about your diet is because your physique will largely be determined by what you consume.)
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

    Why ezekiel bread?

I have been eating regular ol' Natures Own Whole Grain bread. It has no HFCS, 50 calories, and everything else is identical. Doesnt last long though, but for the calorie and taste, you cant beat it.
