Question about the "Male Cutting Plan" by DP

I'm trying to follow this diet for cutting and have some questions I'm hoping can be answered so I dont screw this up.

    Male Cutting Plan...Meals

    1. Having 5oz of beef at 5AM sucks. How do you guys/girls usually prepare this? I have been making a thin patty and cooking it.

    2. The shakes call for Whipped Cream (2oz) for taste and fat. But in the thread some asked about using Heavy Cream which Jodi replied to. Which is it? Are we talking about simple Cool Whip here? Really?

    3. Butter is ok to be used on Sweet Potato? How much?

    4. The top meals are to be used for the first 3 weeks and then you switch. Its broken down as Monday/Thurs and then Wed/Sat/Sun. What are you doing the remaining 2 days (Tues/Friday), are they free days?

    Thanks for answers in advance.

Cool whip isn't heavy cream. Whipping cream is heavy cream.

That is a very, VERY old thread.

How about you find your own cutter - read the link in my sig on getting started and we'll take it from there, okay?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

Hi Built and thanks for the reply. I'm a fan, having read most of your stuff as well as the BGB, the best back program I've seen.

So "Cool Whip" is whipped topping and mixing up Heavy Cream would give me Whipped Cream?????

Not sure what link your were referring to in your reply. Do you think the diet listed by DP is no longer good?

    Thanks,

aja44, thanks for the feedback on my split.

"Heavy" cream is just liquid whipping cream. You beat the hell out of it to make it into whipped cream. Keep going and you get butter.

Re the diet - I'm sure it's fine, but how about you fitday it so you can track the calories. That way if you stop losing, you know why.
