I hate fat!
Man I get so mad sometimes about this bull shit with the fat concentrated around my lower abs and crotch area.
Specially around my crotch area, what is up with that shit?
I am using the caliper to measure my fat percentage and I am getting lean everywhere accept that part. It has shrunk over time but I can still pinch close to an inch of fat. Very frustrating and de-motivating specially that I am like a zombie most days from hunger

Hah I hear you. I've gained maybe 5-10LBs over 5-6 months and I hate it. Need to stop being lazy and start actually dieting again.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Just went through a bottle of cla. It was a waste of time in my opinion. Maybe for you ,but not for me.
