How much are you willing to pay for a meal plan?

Hi, I need a diet plan so that I finally start eating right and gain muscle mass.
Currently, I'm 5'10", 165lbs, 28yrs, and look like I migrated from somalia. I have money for food but I just dont' have a good plan.
I don't want to pass 190lbs weight. I need to eat 6 small meals per day. I need a plan that tells me:
meal 1: go buy these ingredients, cook them, eat them....
meal 2: go buy these ingredients, cook them, eat them....
meal 3: go buy these ingredients, cook them, eat them....
etc
If there is a solid plan, I can follow it! If I have to make my own plan, then I need a degree in nutrition, da?
Thanks guys.

So is your goal to gain 35lbs and get to 190? What is your current workout routine? Have you gone through ANY of the threads in this forum and done some homework.

Hi, thanks for the info. I have started and read all of that under the link you posted.
As for how much I want to spend, no more than 50$ per day for all the meals.
I don't have a workout routine, but I plan to do full body workout during a week.
50 a day? can you sponsor me at like 10 a day? Holy shit, nice budget!
I agree work on the stuff in the link first.

I wasn't serious about the budget.
We're do it yourselfers around here on meal plans. We use fitday.com and pick our meals to fit the macros we are targeting. Doesn't get much simpler than that.

Do some reading, track your current intake, then fix it as best you can.
Post your new diet plan up and we'll give you advice on it.
