This is my first post finally joined although i have been reading the forum for quite some time now.
Im currently trying to lose some bodyfat and just wondered if i was on the right lines. Im 22 years old, 80Kg, with a current bodfat percentage of 13%.
I have recently bulked and found it to go ok, learned alot about my body so next time i will make it better!
I am training weights 4 days a week, chest, arms, back, legs, mainly compound exercises and supersets with little rest.
Along with the weights i am doing 4 days light cardio at low intensity and 1 day HIIT to try and strip fat.
My diet is as follows
7am
Oats
5 Egg whites
Water
10am
Protein Shake
Fruit
1pm
Tuna
Wholegrain pitta
salad
3pm
fruit
handful of nuts
6pm
fish or meat
brown rice
veg
8pm
Protein shake
I am new to cutting been trying this and it seems to be ok, but any feedback from you guys would be amazing and i would greatly appreciate it!

Can you take that typical meal plan that you have and input it into FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and come back with the total grams of fat, protein, and carbs -- it makes it easier on us to evaluate.
Also, do you know how many calories you ate each day when you bulked? If you know your maintenance, that would be helpful as well.
