Controlling appetite after going on vacation

Earlier this month the wife and I went on a 5 day vacation to visit my brother who eats like a horse but gains no weight. While we are there I ended up fucking up my diet royally and now that I am back I am having a hell of a time controlling my appetite, it is a daily sruggle. I know I will win and go back on track but what a bitch it is to lose focus like this and end up gaining 9 pounds.

    206 lbs 12% BF
    Goal 185-190 lbs 9% BF

Many people are addicted to sugar without knowing it. You likely aren't hungry, you just are craving the sugar.

You can try drinking calorie free beverages or doing some activity (clean the house or take a walk or something) to try to take your mind off of the craving. Or you can just tough it out. In time though, your 'appetite' problem will likely pass.
