    Hey now! I posted this not to say it was ok to eat sugar! Posted this for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!

    Thank you Lean...that was meant for motivation.....did it work?

    I'm a born button pusher, ...sorry.......especially in the gym.....to much estrogen and teen midol at my gym....LOL

    Bet your ass it worked, just don't check out my journal for a day or two! Fell off the band wagon at the Batchelor party! I've got 2 weeks to get rid of this shyt around my waist (or is it waste)?

    The Food and Drug Administration's report, Evaluation of the Health Aspects of Sugars Contained in Carbohydrate Sweeteners, was a comprehensive assessment that affirmed that sugar does not cause diabetes, heart disease, obesity, hypoglycemia, childhood hyperactivity, or nutrient deficiencies. Overconsumption of it, however, can cause all of those things. (A diet that consists of 10 percent of total calories coming from sugar is recommended by the FDA.)
