    Gosh darn love handles

I hate them.....I have tried so much, eating healthy and exercising. What is a good exercise that will get rid of them? - and fast!

You're going to get the same answer as you did in your other thread most likely.

    What's your body fat %?

And I have no idea what cezaur is on about.

There isn't an exercise that will get rid of them, but eating less eventually will.

Start by tweaking your nutrition a little more. That's the biggest key. Core exercises and more cardio will help also. Oh yeah, check out the stickie on cutting & bulking. Be patient and keep up the good work.

HGH, 4-5 IUs daily , 2-2.5 IUs in each side for six months. It's gradual but the change is marked.

Because I was trying to make a joke. Guess with all the ridiculous shit people come out with now, that Obliquebegone's are likely to be some stupid scheme to make money. ANYWAYS..

Your body chooses where it is going to lose weight from. All you can do is lose weight in general and let your body decide from where. Apparently you have not had a well constructed diet and exercise plan or else you wouldn't be here whimpering. Weight loss is not talent, it's a accomplishment that almost anyone with motivation and dedication can accomplish. Post your diet and workout and let us tweak it. Place your body statistics and goals. Don't just tell us you wanna lose your hips or else you will get ridiculous answers.

My BMI says I am 2% over weight and I know it is coming from those hips :P Most guys do not like my love handles lol. I have fruit for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, after exercise I eat some more fruit and than I have either pasta and veggies or potatoes and veggies for dinner.

I go on the bike for 15, treadmill for 15, lift 10 pounds for my shoulders, back and arms - takes about 20 minutes and than I do 25 push ups and sit ups all and all takes around an hour...what am I doing wrong?...everything?

First of all, watch the foul language...Gosh Darn it.

Secondly, increase your resistance training, drop those fruity carbs, pasta and potatoes.

    Well just a few pointers.
-Eating small meals every few hours ( 2 1/2 - 3 ) helps keep the metabolism going.
-Under eating will cause you to lose muscle and energy, therefore; causing you to be tired and possible losing motivation to stay disciplined on your diet. Also can cause your metabolism to slow to a halt.
-You should not look at your meal's as part of your "diet". You should make it a lifestyle change.
-Limit yourself on everything including: Sodium, Sugar, Saturated Fats, and Carbs.
-Draw out a eating schedule including what your going to eat at what times.
-Eliminate as many sodas, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, whole milk, white breads, (potatoes are also high in calories).
-The sooner you eat after waking, the sooner your metabolism starts.
-Protein is important even if your not lifting weights.

Other can change things I may have wrong. Those are just a couple things I obey.

Just thought I'd mention that, while BF is ultimately the issue with "love handles", a more muscular torso -- not to mention surrounding muscles -- will help tighten the area.

I'm not advocating spot reduction. I'm just saying with more muscle the fat will appear distorted; muscle helps create illusions.

However, this doesn't mean investing in 200 sit-ups a day. Squats, deadlifts, military presses, etc -- these work your abs much better than any ab-lounge ever will.

Most of my BF is located in my torso, but because I have enough muscle in the area my torso is still tight and hard. It doesn't look ripped, but the muscle distorts the fat and makes it appear firmer and leaner than it is.

Also, the wider the lats and thighs the smaller the waist appears.
