it's ok, maybe a little low on protein. Love the raw egg addition - the yolk has got plenty of protein, good fats and nutrients, add it in!
I would rather add in fruit like bananas than dextrose . .

Is it good as post workout shake?? Actually 100% whey is my choise. But in Bangladesh whey protein is not available or high cost. That’s why I am using this shake for last 15 days.
