    What will work?

    Hello everyone,

Starting in mid-August I have to fast for about a month for religious reasons. I have to stay away from food and drink from dawn to dusk (basically from about 5am to 8pm). I'm not even thinking about making any types of gains during this time, but I would like to maintain what I already have. I went from about 155 lbs to 205 lbs (eased up on the long distance running and focused more on lifting) over the past year and I'm close to reaching the 230 lbs I was looking to get to.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do nutrition-wise to simply maintain what I already have during this period?

Don't be shy its ramadan I may have to fast too.

You're going to try to keep your carbs up, eat frequently when you start eating and so much water that you would feel uncomfortable. High Protein + Moderate fat. You'll use the fat for energy so not a bad idea to eat more then usual.
