its been a long road i think i have a slow matabelism and am looking for a really good diet.i have been able to get my hands on some stanazol and clen and duromine if i take all these together will this help me to define my muscle and lose the gut ? ofcourse along with a strict diet and great program at the moment i mix weights and cardio on a 6 day aweek program.

    my main questions are

Can i use stan duromine and clen together and get results ?

Can't give you any advice on the roids, but what kind of cardio are you doing? The fat loss regimen I use is interval cardio (sprints) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with BCAA's. Then an hour after cardio, resume my normal fat loss diet.

WTR to diet - if you've been dieting hard (i.e. in a caloric deficit) for those 10 months you mentioned... and you're in a fat loss plateau... and you haven't taken any diet breaks to allow hormones to be rest... then I would do a diet break (where you come out of caloric deficit and eat at Maintenance Levels for 1-2 weeks). Also, refigure your TDEE value because it will have changed a bit since you've already lost 15kgs. Then go below your TDEE and resume your diet. Then depending on how aggresive your diet, take diet breaks along the way (once per week).

WTR to roid... can speak to it because I didn't use them and still achieved a 70 lb fat loss (in 7 months) while training. Pills not necessary IMO.

WTR to training... I did my weight training first, then did HIIT style cardio immediately afterwards. On my off days, I would do steady state cardio in AM (fasted). But depending on how aggresive your calorie restriction is... you'll want to throttle back your "extra" cardio sessions if they start affecting your recovery (i.e. you start feeling depleted/tired).

I'm not sure how many calories you should have daily, but I do know the list of good foods to eat because I have just recently started a healthy diet for myself.

for breakfast you want to have some type of fruit. have this when you wake up and wait a while to eat the rest of your breakfast which should be high fiber cereal, whole wheat toast, etc.

For lunch you should have whole wheat bread with low fat meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and LITE mayonnaise or honey mustard.
either that or a well balanced salad.

my favorite for dinner is whole wheat pasta with a side salad.

snack can be basically anything under 100 calories..

also, if you drink a lot of milk, switching to nonfat actually does a lot of good.

stay clear from white bread. whole wheat everything, if you can!

    hope this helps!

Or, a high fat, moderate protein, low carb salad with chicken, avocado, romaine and olive oil dressing.

Not great for cutting. Too much carb all day.

I'd personally just avoid grains entirely, but what do I know?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
