I'm about ready to make a big order of supplements and I was comparing proteins. I looked at all the whey and saw that it was a pretty good price for a 5lb tub. How many of you folks make up your own protein rather than buying all the brand name stuff? It looks to me that it would be a pretty big savings to buy all the whey. It looked like it was 24grms protein and had all the amino's in it aswell. Looking for opinions before I make my order. Thanks
i use whey protein, dont know how good it is for dieting but i like it, but not the shit whey, if there is such a thing. i buy by the 5 or 10lb tub or bag. dont know the name off hand.

I was looking at all the whey from the sponsor here and it looked like a pretty good deal. 5lbs for 31 dollars and it's 24 grms per scoop. I'm thinking of ways to cut costs and this may be one of them. It's non flavored and has all the amino's. I could then either mix it with other kinds I have or use it with fruit, etc for taste. Any thoughts?
thats cheap. yeah mix it with other stuff road. i mix mine with low fat milk, oats, whey , bannas and ice blend it drink it. i would try it atr that price.
