Put on muscle, and the fat came as well

I have been bulking for the past couple of months. Along with eating a nutritious meal every 3 hours to 3.5 hours I have been smoking endless amounts of marijuana. I find my self at the fridge around 2am every night stuffing my self with munchies. I then go straight to bed and I don't wake up for a strong 12-14 hours of sleep, meaning I wake up 12-2pm everyday. How detrimental is this eating at night and sleeping pattern to my gains and health? I found I have put on lots of fat but my gains aren't bad.

I will put a picture up asap.

Bulk, cut, fix sleeping pattern, quit pot?

You use less amounts of energy when you sleep, so logically, it all has to end up somewhere. If you can't control your munchies when you are high, don't get high. As for the sleeping pattern, I am unsure, I don't know much about that part.

Is this a serious fucking question?
Do we even need to ask if you're tracking intake?

Gaining weight has nothing to do with when you eat.
