    what i meant was, how do you count the grams of protein in this meal.
    personally, i only count the eggs and milk, as they are complete proteins. there is 1 gram of protein in a banana, but why count that, its incomplete and dosent make you grow..
    so its 7 per egg times 4 eggs = 28, and 8 in the milk so 36 total.
    some people add the protein in bread and bananas. i dont . just curious as to how everyone adds up their daily amounts.
    if its not a complete protein, i dont count it.

    I wouldn't really worry about it....you are making things way to complex.

    What is it an additional 40 cals a day you are looking at?

    Your "incomplete" proteins will complement each other over the course of the day. Just fitday and forget it. Total it up for the day and be done with it. The "meal by meal" breakdown really isn't all that important, other than making sure you get in enough protein post workout.
    Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

    Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

    Completing a protein:

    (1.) Grain with a seed;

    (2.) Grain with a legume;

    (3.) Grain with a dairy product.

    Milk + Bread = Complete.
