Does anyone know of any online guides which can help set up a day by day diet plan, e.g lunch on monday = 'Meal X'. I need to lose a stone or two while turnning some of my body fat back into muscle but I'm too easily tempted so I was hoping if I had a guide to stick to it might to help. Problem is, I know next to nothing about diet and nutrition!
I'd really appreciate any help here.
