Do I lean more towards endo or meso morph?

Alright, trying to figure out if I should try to lose weight strictly right now by doing lots of cardio, drinking lots of water, eating lots of vegetables and lean protein.
Need a plan of attack- everybody wants to be more cut, bigger and stronger but those are both diff things and alot of work.
    Stats:
    25 yrs old 5'9''-10''
190-195 lbs on any given day 42.5'' stomach (*like below my belly button above my hips)

What should I do? i'm lost really. Pic attached but I'm a little softer than then. Up to about 17% bf. and just burnt out on diet and work out

you have to decide if you want to cut or bulk as one requires a caloric deficit and the other a caloric excess. in regards to cardio I don't waste my time with anything other than HIIT or Max-OT cardio.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

definitely...cardio like HIIT, Max-OT, etc. are the fastest ways to increase the VO2max. The greater the VO2max of the individual the longer you can exercise for at higher levels of intensity.

ok, let me rephrase the question.... I apologize it should have maybe been under a diff category like member pictures. If you look at the picture though, if that was you would you continue to try to put on size and work on getting stronger or would you cut?

I would cut. Cutting isn't easy and the heavier you are the harder it'll be. Right now it's easily doable.

best to keep body fat under control, there's nothing fun about dieting down to lose a lot of weight (body fat). people forget that the current level of body fat is pretty much a direct indicator of the bodies ability to metabolize nutrients efficiently. as insulin sensitivity decreases the body becomes more fat and adipose tissue is a major conversion site of test to estrogens.

    ^LOL that.

Also, don't bother trying to exercise it off. It's easier to just step away from the ho-hos.
