I couldn't train on a cheat day. I'd be too busy planning my next meal.

I always like to do them either the day after legs or back when my body can take advantage of the extra insulin and calories.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I was thinking of adding a cheat day into my week when things become more serious, so this information is great to have, and it makes a lot of sense to "replenish" after large muscle days. Something I will definately remember.
Just a girl.... Looking for muscles!!

Nice, keep us updated on how the cheat days go. Also, if you live some place that actually has a winter unlike my city (Phnx). I used to live in Denver and In the winter I give myself two cheat days, I wear more clothes and im not at the park shooting hoops with my shirt off, so bulking in the winter with that extra day works for me. Spring time, I watch what I eat closer and cut my cheat day down to one day...so im ready for a shirtless summer

I cheat every weekend basically. I'll eat what I need to accomplish my goals from Sunday through Thursday, but on Friday and Saturday I'm eating what I want.

Usually I don't go crazy though.

    ^ This...

I didn't eat anything Monday until about 1 am Tuesday morning. Monday I cut grass and did some yard work, then went to the gym. I felt good as hell in the gym too. Probably because of the weekend re-up.
