    Protein Diet with School?

Hey people here is my question, hopefully you can understand what I'm trying to say!

What would be a good meal plan that I can eat while im at school during the day and be getting plenty of protein? I can't eat those 4-6 meals a day plans because I have school from 7 50 - 3 and right after I have football anywhere from 3:30 - 7/8. And the cheap greasy school food just doesn't cut it.

    Here's my current statistics,
182-188 lbs depending on time throughout the day
    6 ft
    16 yrs
And also back around the spring time I went on the low-carb diet , which worked and I lost about 25 lbs of fat , and now i've gained about 10 lbs back. Though now I want to build back on that with muscle.

So do any of ya'll know what I should be eating in my diet? And if you need to ask me a Q about something just post it.

    ,Thanks

Do you have a sandwich bar at school? i.e. they make sandwiches for you.. Do you have access to a microwave?

Most of what I'd recommend (What works for me) I'm afraid to recommend to you given your age. You're still developing man, you want to emphasize that and try not to take anything away from it.

You can pack anything in one of those little lunch coolers. You just freeze the ice every night, and you have your own portable container. You can pack anything you want from home. That's what I do, and I'm a high school English teacher.

    Yes two microwaves actually.

I'm just looking for some ideas on what would be good to eat. I was thinking of maybe tuna w/ carrots or celery maybe? Though I don't know exactly what would be good for breakfast/dinner.

Lots of great sources of protein. At your age, you have a lot of freedom with your diet. Are you heavy at all? If not, make sure you eat a lot. I was about 180-85 at 16 and by the time I graduated at 18 I gained 40 pounds. Eggs, chicken breasts, meat, lots of veggies and good carbs. I loved baked potatoes, too. I drank a lot of milk back then. I was eating constantly. I was in three sports and working out every day. In any case, the main thing as a young guy is that your metabolism is burning on overtime, and you need to feed it well. Hope this helps.
