    Accidental Pudding! (pic)

I had every intention of making a shake tonight before bed and it ended up coming out as a pudding.

    1 Cup frozen fruit
    2 Scoops ON Casien Protein
    2 Tbl Peanut Butter
    2 Cups Milk

    Macros:
    Potein 65g
    Carbs 50g
    Fats 20g
    Calories 640

Like I said I thought it would be a shake but walked away from the blender doing some stuff. Came back shut the blender off and went to walk the dog real fast. 10 minutes later this is what I got...

I ate the whole thing with a spoon and it was just like a thick pudding/oatmeal. I tried mixing it more and letting it sit and it never broke. Not bad if ya have a sweet tooth and its something different. Filled me up pretty good...tons of air in it. That bowl was full and its a big bowl.

Looks good. The Casein really thickens the milk up. Will give it a try myself tonight...
