Lactose and the intolerance of said...
Ok I used to incorporate two protein shakes a day into my meal plan. They would normally contain 2 cups of milk, two scoop ON whey, a banana, cup of oats. Very good nutritionally and great for meeting my macros when bulking.
Now for some reason it seems I have become intollerant of milk which is a pain in the arse. Real bad gas and other symptoms. So I am going to have to run my shakes with water. But what can I add that will bring the calories back up and same sort of macros?
Flax Seed Oil?
Any ideas. Really miss my milk....
