I'm allergic to Iodine. This means that I can't eat fish or any seafood type products. As I result of this, I don't think I get in enough EFAs.
Are there any other products I should be looking at as a substitute?
Flaxseed might be one to check out.
that's a tough one..I wouldnt want to recommend a supplement that had a trace of anything that would hurt you. You better research it carefully.
