Why a meal plan for about a week?

    Why a ton of Protein?

    Why a ton of Calories?

and why the heck would you want low fat?

First of all, why only a week? Even the most drastic diet won't do anything beyond maybe water loss in one week.

Secondly, by your request of a lot of calories I'm assuming you're bulking. Regardless, why do you want no fat?

Eating lots of fats is not going to make you fat.
