    Brown helps Burn fat

    Hi,

Diet was probably a 75% input into my weightloss in the early phase (first 6 months) which I believe is the easiest part of losing massive amounts of fat. I was 129+ now im like 90 kgs.

I changed my eating habbit from white breads to brown bread. But not the bread you buy from a monopolised retail outlet who will more than likely charge high prices for their bread. The expensive bread has all these prervatives that makes it nice and tasty after 6 monmths in the pantry. Imagine how good those prervatives are in our bodies preserving the fat we want to lose.

Not good at all I would say. Anyway I started to purchase the bread from the local bakery who charges about two dollars as opposed to the bigger outlets who charge about four. Now the small bread retailer doesnt include so much presrvatives in the bread because he either doesnt give a rats about how the bread will look in two to three days. remember his selling "fresh bread" thats his unique selling point. In two days the bread goes crumbly then you throw it away and go back to the local bakery for more.

Similarly to my consuming habits of brown bread or wholemeal my body decides to use the good elemnets of the bread and dispose of the un needed elemnt quickly. Less in the stomach means better running and workout. Cleaner bowels etc.

When I get sick of the bread I try Broad Beans. Not much sodium and very filling. Once again this product is brown. White products can contain bleach.

    Anyway dats enuff 4 now.

Summary: Eat wholemeal from the local baker at the start of your weight loss regime.

Some may disagree with me, but hey Im no doctor Im just the guy who lost the 40 kgs of disgusting heart clogging image depriving fatt.

    Yukk

Hye I dont spell check so the Harvard guys and Gals get over it. I have no time for spell check or second drafts. i need to get of my fat bottom and move now.

    Bye

Oh yeah i also forgot to mention that fibre helps reduce sugar absorbtion in the bloodstream and help the body release toxins. The fibre in Broadbeans is 8.87 grams per serving. The protein is 10.25 Grams the fat 0.98 grams and energy 639 kj. They are called Fava Beans in some places. i heard some cultures use this stuff to get things working down the lower front you know what i mean. Just add garlic and lemon and serve.

    Easy snack.

I once heard Opera say she was going on a white diet. She wasn't going to eat nothing white. It must have been hard for her not to eat those babies.
