Consumed within one hour....and nothing worse that what you described....shit...I haven't had popcorn in 3.5 years..... the price of having my BF stay between 5.5- 8%.

Well then if you don't wanna "sabotage" anything, then do some sort of refeed and work your cheat meal(s) into it. Preferably sticking within the confides of high carbs (even sugars) and low fat.

Small serving of Mifun Salad (puffy rice noodles, sesame oil/rice vinegar (sugar) dressing) We put Veat (look it up) in this, it was our part of the "Pot luck"(salad shrimp, 2 lbs were optional, and I scarfed)
Somebody"s Brocoli Tofu creation....tasted "Bready" and a poopload of Walnuts(Definitely a POOPLOAD)
Probably the worse I'v eaten in a long time!

I had a cheat meal "snack" last night....Chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk. Woke up this morning feeling bloated and wish I hadn't cheated, LOL.

I had 3 slices of pizza yesterday, first cheat in 2 weeks. Usually its pizza or ice cream, I haven't been to a fast food joint in probably 6-8 weeks.
