I try to eat as close as possible to paleo, mainly cause its satiating to me to eat more meat and veggies and skip the grains. I took classes from Lorain Cordain, a big paleo guy. It would be good to eat like he recommends but I dont have that kind of money for food. Removing dairy other then my casein and whey shakes seems to help my breathing and aerobic capacity.

check out marksdailyapple.com its a great paleo site.
