PALEO DIET- Anyone with experience would be greatly appreciated...
Hey yall ive kicked off my winter cycle, will be doing a paleo diet eased into a full blown keto diet... but since im eating paleo now, i was wondering if there were any suggestions any of you had??? any success stories or troubles with it...
you can call mine modified because i am still using whey and casein shakes... but other than that it is full blown paleo.. its been 2 days (today is my third) and im lovin it!
I try to eat as close as possible to paleo, mainly cause its satiating to me to eat more meat and veggies and skip the grains. I took classes from Lorain Cordain, a big paleo guy. It would be good to eat like he recommends but I dont have that kind of money for food. Removing dairy other then my casein and whey shakes seems to help my breathing and aerobic capacity.
check out marksdailyapple.com its a great paleo site.
