When I joined this forum in June I was 194 (6'1" ectomorph) (coming off a severe injury) I changed my diet and cut out simple carbs upped the protein and eat 5-6 meals a day, I also increased cardio big time, I still eat plenty of fruit and veg. I can see my transverse abs and my top two abs but not the bottom, I weighed 182 this morning, and people have been telling me I look bigger. I dont want to weigh any less but want to see all my abs,
Do need I to go extreme on the diet, if so I how do I maintain after?
I am not on gear, except for hrt cream which brought my leves up from 326 to 657

You are definitely on gear. HRT is still gear.
You want abs, just eat less.
