What gave you this calorie structure, first of all?
Secondly, you didnt mention your fat percentage; third-you need to find a baseline of calories that can help you maintain your present caloric intake and bodyweight; fourth, use fitday or fat secret to estimate your 5 day caloric average and then, add a minimum 10-205 extra calories mainly in the form of protein and fat. Finally, what does your weight training routine look like?

That's my recommendation and this has worked for several of my clients who've wanted to gain weight.

What are the grams of pro, cho and fat? The percentages don't tell me anything.

Why no carbs after 9? And why toss the egg yolks?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Yeah, but they are not the same bikes. Walmart makes a cheap version of them and just puts the Mongoose name on them. A REAL Mongoose will run you anywhere from $500 up.

You can still get a mountain bike there that is not too bad if you are short on cash. I ride mine all the time and have not had too many problems with it although I got the lead on a really nice used Cannondale for about $200 I might get.

I never do that anymore. I really don't understand why people are so worried about the egg yellow.

I use fitday to figure out all the macros. Easier than trying to figure it out yourself.
