    Loosing last bit of fat

    Hi Guys

Ive been cutting down my BF for my coming honeymoon

right now im down to about 12% but am still carrying fat around my gut ive been eating 150g of protein, 150g of carbs and about 40g of fats. ive done pretty decent and lost a stone.

whats the best way now to keep the lose going ive dropped down to 100g of carbs but is this the best way to do it ?

Get down to 50g of carbs, if you are hungry eat more protein. You also need some unsaturated fat like olive oil or fish oil.

Maybe try some fat burners if you are in a hurry with a lots of cardio and weightlifting.

12% is not "that last bit of fat"....try getting under 10 or 9. but if you're in a stubborn area for you, you need to change something "drastic". I agree to cut your carbs. But I would say go PSMF for a couple of weeks or so then do a carb up and do it again. Belly area is the lat to go anyways for alot of males. How much do you weigh? You might not be eating enough.

    600mg EGCG extract 200 x 3 doses
1,000mg acety-l-carinitine before and after exercise
4-6grams of BCAA's before and after exercise
6 grams of CLA daily 2grams x doses

and you need to be doing some form of high intensity interval training like HIIT cardio or Max-OT cardio
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Solid foods only. Veggies, meat and healthy fats. ZERO carbs. Except from the veggies. every 10-14 days do a carb up/cheat day.

Like the others have said HIIT and BCAA's.

Has your progress stalled? Why make any changes if you are still dropping fat at your current macros?

I also think PSMF may ultimately be a good idea at some point. PSMF is an acronym for protein sparing modified fast and refers to The Rapid Fatloss Handbook by Lyle McDonald.

Yea if you can't tighten up on PSMF you might have a health issue.
