    Body fat

Its been stated that one of the Kentucky football players has a 5% BMI.
    Is that even possible?
Is this fairly normal among the more athletic players?

5% is probably very low even for an average athlete.

3-5% is an option only for a bb the aims to a (temporary) aesthetic result.

Who is interested in performance needs a different diet according with his specific goals.
If you want rip your body to 5% BMI you need a low card approach (cycled, uncycled and limited in time) and this is an unreal scenario for a footbal player.

If you want to going deep in this you can google it and found out the average BF (better then BMI) of various sport players.

Seemed a little far fetched for a football player anyway.

    No

It is not possible for your BMI to be 5%. It is very possible for your body fat percentage to be 5% which is a very good body fat percentage. I currently have 6% body fat which is really good and my BMI is around 22. If your looking to shred fat there is a great program at

I used to be pretty fat. At 6'2 I weighed 235. I'm now down to 165. I've never been measured for body fat, but see some in my lower stomach when I sit down. I think it may be loose skin from being fat before. Any way to know if its fat or just skin? I eat all the right foods for the past 3 months. Peanuts are pretty much my only fat intake.

Your first 20 posts are all starting threads. You don't post anymore in any of those threads (so why the fuck did you start them?). Now, on your magical 21st post you give a very sketchy looking link.

Someone ban this fucker. I smell SPAM.
