    6 1/2 oz

    Just made a pan of chilli, portioned it out into cup sizes (one cup per meal), my jaw dropped when I weighed the cup and it was only 6.5 oz, I am 140 looks to bulk is 6oz enough?

    It`s not about what the food weighs, it`s about calories. At 140, you should eat everything in sight. Stay away from processed foods(anything in a box or cellophane wrapper(except oats). If it grows or bleeds, EAT IT.
