    Calorie trracking website???

    Could someone tell me what the website is where you track all your calorie intake?? Its a very popular one that everyone on IM recommends.. thanks everyone...

    FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal is one that I've used before. It should still be free if I'm not mistaken.

    I find the majority of the calorie tracking sites include all incidential marcos such as carbs in broccoli and protein in oats. I rather use a spreadsheet in excel.

    Incidental or not, they are going to add to your total caloric intake. The exclusion of enough of these incidental carbs could leave someone frustrated at their inability to achieve their goals.

    I see what you're saying about negating them for the sake of their incomplete protein counts or their higher fiber to impact carb ratio. I also agree with you to a point. But I wouldn't want to adjust for that until after I had the accurate calorie count.

    I agree with this. What's wrong with counting the protein in oats, etc.?
