Post Pork: Nutritional Information

Could someone tell me/us the nutritional information of pork? (as in carbs, protein etc.).
What are your feelings about pork? Is it good for some things or should it generally be avoided?

Incidentally, are there any websites where you can look up this sort of thing?

Cheers
